That competition was certainly a triumph, but my personal favourite will always be July '65 - the last one we did as 3(A) Wing band, - where we took Best Pipe Corps, Best Drum Corps and Best Trumpet Corps. George Rattray and the Ton3s were right upset, even though we lost Best Band for being too scruffy......Frank Bowron
